South African service
Delivery
We currently deliver across South Africa. Delivery is complimentary on orders of R650 or more. A flat R99 delivery fee applies to orders below R650.
In-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Courier delivery is generally 2–5 business days to major centres and may take 5–8 business days for outlying areas. We will share tracking details once your order is on its way.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn and returned with its original packaging and accessories. Please email info@avelani.co.za with your order number before sending anything back.
Return courier costs are normally the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Your rights under applicable South African consumer law remain unaffected.
Natural leather
Genuine leather develops character over time. Small variations in grain, tone and markings are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
