Using the Avelani website
These terms apply when you browse or place an order through Avelani. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Products, colours and pricing
We aim to describe and photograph every item accurately. Screen settings and natural leather variation can cause small differences in colour, grain and markings. Prices are shown in South African rand. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before dispatch and will contact you if this affects an order.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. Payments are processed securely through PayFast. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised or fraud is suspected.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery charges, estimated timing and our voluntary return process are explained on the Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

The Avelani name, copy, visual design and original website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Third-party product imagery remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.
